READING PASSAGE
Artificial intelligence, or AI, is changing the way people live and work. Many phones and computers now use AI to recommend music, answer questions, or translate languages. Some hospitals use AI to help doctors read medical scans more quickly, although a human doctor always makes the final decision. In schools, AI programs can give students instant feedback on their writing, which helps them improve faster than before. However, AI is not perfect. It can make mistakes, especially when it does not have enough data to learn from. Many experts also worry about privacy, because AI systems often need large amounts of personal information to work well. Governments in different countries are now writing new laws to control how companies use AI. Despite these concerns, most researchers agree that AI will keep developing quickly over the next ten years, and it will likely become part of almost every industry, from farming to transportation.
